My office is in Brooklyn and I needed help opening a CD video file located at an office in Albany. I called at 3:45 P.M. and needed it right away. Their technician picked it up at 4:30 P.M. before the lady whom had it left for the day. He got to work on it first thing in the morning, just like he said he would. Unfortunately, the CD did not have what we had hoped. Fortunately we found a back up...

Stopped in with my broken computer and they actually fixed it before I even left. Turns out I just had something out of place. Didn't charge me. I'll take everything to them from now on. So hard to find someone this honest.
