Double-dipping

I have contacte my dental insurane company and figured out that Alpha Canyon's office manager, Eva, submits claims in a way that amounts to them getting $103 extra per patient!! They get the extra money from either the insurance company or the patient's pocket. The only reason I caught it is because it came from my pocket. Either way, they are going to be investigated, and it is best not to go there simply to avoid the headache
