Great assortment of very fresh breakfast pastries, breads, deli foods, prepared sandwiches, flowers, hot and cold beverages. The cheese offerings are the best in the city, and the cheese counter folks are knowledgeable. Many imported edibles. Top quality ingredients overall, but the deli has some dishes that do not make the cut (ej. I could not find much seafood in the seafood lasagna). Definitely for foodies. A one-stop shop for great picnic fixins. They even carry alcohol. Pricey but a worthwhile indulgence, even if often!

The only place to go if you're ordering a cake for a birthday or the like. I think my family had the chocolate raspberry mousse cake for a record 8 birthdays in a row and we still weren't sick of it- it's that good. The bread is fantastic- if you want your pick, go early.
