The Cafe 27 has changed since there opening last year and not for the good either. Today our party all had the corned beef and cabbage special and we all left hungry for $12. ( not including beverage) we received 4 slices of Corned beef only 2" wide x 4" long , 2 small carrots and 3 very tiny potatoes and 1/2 slice of dry pumpernickel bread ( no butter offered) Everyone in our party today lives...
