Many, many years with Rosita at Allstate and I simply couldn't be happier! She's great, as is her team. Very friendly and comfortable. Would definitely recommend smile emoticon

The company has a long standing reputation of good service, good insurance products,good underwriting and fair pricing.AllState is a fortune 100 company that is conservative and stable. Not so much. As a fourty year customer I have gone through a number of Allstate agents in a couple states. Rosita bought out an existing office a few years back. Since then service has gone down hill. Lack of response, no or slow follow up, inaccurate information, no reasonable explanation of rate …
