What really happened in court

The judge asked me why I thought I deserved to get a refund and I told him and he did not agree and suggested that my son still use the driving school because he has three years before it expires. I still do not agree with this business owner or with the judge, but that's the way it is. The judge was a jerk, but not that much of a jerk to make such derogatory comments as this owner suggests...

Allstars Won The Court Case

On 08/25/08 the customer had her day in court. The Judge advised the customer that maybe they should the $28.00 DMV fee on teaching the kid to learn. The Judge ruled that our No Refund Policy is clearly stated and ruled in Allstars favor by stating to the customer What part of No Refund do you not understand? Allstars won the case.

I wonder which person is more "special"

The OP admits she knew about the NO REFUND policy. She continiues to try to get a refund anyway.
Her son is a blithering idiot. I took a driving written test both stoned and drunk(a 3 day bender from hell), and passed with no problems.
If this report was from Alabama, I'd swear it was Charles and Kathy.

Safety Should Be This Mothers Primary Concern

The customer is constantly contradicting herself. For Example she states the following:
Customer: No I will not continue to use a service that does not have a refund policy. Where did you get that idea?
Allstars Answer: Allstars got that idea from you when you above : I will never, ever use the services of a company again that has this kind of a policy.
