I booked Allo Limo for my boss, while he was in Chicago on a business trip. The car turned up 30 min earlier and the driver decided not to wait since he had to give a lift to his mother ??!!! This was an explanation I was given when I spoke to them next day.
AND they still charged my credit card with ?56 and ignored all our correspondence!
