worst service should be their name. half of the time they do not pick up. they said we had to buy their can we did and still missed pick-up. my advice use another company.

Worst of the worst. They destroyed out property and when we called to have them remove dumpster they said some contract and we couldn't. Beware of their contracts. Use another company. Beware of these people.
The drivers always did a good job however we switched companies when we found out we were paying almost 40 dollars more for 3 months. When I called to see if they could match prices they would not. I was told they would pick up their garbage can within two weeks, that was 6 months ago and we still have it. SHAME ON YOU ALLIED WASTE.
Allied/BFI has terrible customer service, phones busy a lot and hold time too Lo--oong. Liked the employees when i used to have them years ago but they wont let me sign up again (even tho i have paid all my utilities on time) b/c of a bad renter i had (in a rent to own deal that went bad). But they bought out the local co i liked to use --- but thankfully a new co came to the area so I wont...
