I agree with the previous reviewers. The school is just okay. I was lucky that I had fairly good instructors,(ones that I know for a fact are no longer with the company.) however the very unprofessional front office staff would always interrupt to make lunch and to call students out of class. They are also very unfriendly and so is the director. Don't dare smile or say good morning to them because all you will get is a scowl in return. The nursing home they sent us to was awful. The CNA's that worked there were unprofessional, and they treated their patients like rag dolls. The cleanliness...

I have noticed that this company is very unprofessional especially the staff in the office. A family member worked for this company and I saw what they do to their CNA's. They take them of cases without telling them, and the staff finds out when another cna comes to replace them. The pay is awful, and they want them to do more than what they are hired for. I want not recommend this company to anyone to work or use for their family members. The school is okay, but working for them is awful. Whatever you do walk the other way from this company.

Alliance Care is located on Duluth Park Lane. It offers post-acute services and can recommend a long-term assisted living facility. Alliance Care is housed in a lovely brick building inside you will find a bright and cheerful staff to assist you with all the help you need for your loved one.
