Just called to make my son an appt. Jessica asked what type of insurance, I told her and she said they can't schedule him til Nov. I asked if he had a different insurance if he could get in sooner, she said yes. We're in April. I told her I want to speak to someone else. I was on hold for quite a while. She wouldn't even give me her name at first. HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION!
