I had my 1st appt. today. The receptionist was ok. I don't need to pay for the visits for the shots. I have taken allergy shot for many yrs. and this is pretty standard for payment. Its the ins. that make you pay for each visit for shots not the Dr. office. The time for my appt. was a bit over 20 minutes but, the rest of the time was quick and easy. Not so bad
The receptionist in the Raleigh office is unbelievably unfriendly. I have never once seen her smile, and she rarely even looks up when patients walk through the door. She was extremely rude to me on the phone and very unhelpful when I called for directions. However, Stacy is wonderful, and all of the nurses are very sweet.
Office hours for shots are very limited, which is not so convenient...
