First drop off closed. No place to drop trailer. After an hour on the phone, found that uhaul knew they would be closed. Had to drive to another drop place at my expense. Very dissatisfied.

Place is a dump. Had to rattle the gate to get the dogs to bark to alert someone to come to the fence. Not sure why U-Haul would even do business with this place. Would advise others to go elsewhere.

U Haul trailers are the best kept secret in the US!!! Stop pushing those trucks and give the smaller guys more ads. We can and will use the trailers again. As a woman I found it so much easer to pull.
