These people quoted me $120 to move a piano less than 6 feet across a room; I was desperate to get it done before Christmas, so I agreed on behalf of my client. When they got to my client's house, they charged her $360 for 10 minutes of work. I called to resolve as this must have been a horrible mistake. I gave 3 stars because when I initially spoke with this company I think they quoted me 80 an hour but the day before during the confirmation call he said 90 an hour. This was a red flag but I had no one else lined up so I agreed. They come out the next day and the guy tells me there is a 90.00 trip charge. This was a very good group to work with, they took great care of my 100+ year old glass Christmas decorations.
They were very efficient at packing into our storage while we wait to close on our new house.
