I was traveling for business when I had a crown fall off. I called several dentists in the area, most of whom were double or triple booked. However, Allen Advanced Dental agreed to squeeze me in for a quick xray and cementing of my crown. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. When I got the bill, I couldn't believe how reasonable it was for an emergency...

The front desk girl was extremely rude and hateful. She would talk on the phone instead of helping the clients in front of her. She was unprofessional. The doctor was not even in the office when my cleaning was done. She was in and out of the room.

I've been going to this practice for more than three years. I've never had a bad experience there, and everyone is always so friendly! I had a chip in an old (20 years) silver filling, and they replaced it absolutely painlessly. They never try to sell me anything I don't need or want, like whitening or veneers. I've been disappointed with other dentists, but never with Dr. Nik.

I've used this Dentist for fillings and for a cap she is very professional and caring and I've had no problems with her and continue to use her.
