Poor response to complaint

After three phone attempts to get the owner or representative back to my property to inspect the work they have ignored the request to resolve the issue. A letter was sent without response. The company was contracted by the city of Parma to remove and replace sidewalks and aprons in the city. A lucrative contract for this company and they refuse to respond to complaints. I suggest that their license to do business in Parma be revoked.
