I agree, that the staff was nice. The receptionist is a delightful person and the work I had done was handled nicely. HOWEVER, they asked me if my son had had sealants. I told them I didn't know. They went ahead and put them on, and then when insurance refused to pay because he had already had sealants, they came after me. They should have known, and instead they did something unnecessary... more

Believe it or not I have really enjoyed my experiences here. Okay- so some were not all that enjoyable, but it was much easier with a friendly staff that remembers their patients. I am always asked if I am comfortable and there is always very little wait time. Dr. Hom is very personable and educated me about my teeth, complete with visuals, and made reccommendations.
