If you read around on the internet, you'll see that All Weather Control seems to be building quite a track record for selling a high-quality product but not following up with reliable service of the product post-installation. Personally, I've been waiting for nearly a year for service on my broken shutters. Everytime I call, I get told that they're too busy to help me. Clearly this big shove... more
