Joel is a good tech. and is pretty strait shooting. I hope he is still running all tronix. we need good tech. when we do repair home entertainment equipment. we also need a consistantly good service. on comercial sound, we need a good tech, that we will always get when we call for service on pro sound.
Everything about my experience went well with Alltronix. Initially they were willing to try and talk me through the problem over the phone, but when it got to be too difficult they had a repairman over in fifteen minutes.
