We hired them for tree, bush & stump removal. The problem was not the trees - those were taken down quickly. The problem was the job wasn't completed (stumps were never taken out), customer service was non-existent & they were flat out rude when all we were asking for was completion of the job they were hired to do. The stumps were supposed to be removed when the trees were. They weren't, so the foreman said someone would call in a few days. Four days later, no call, so I called them. Was told someone would be out within the week. TWO weeks later, still no show, no call. I called & received VERY rude comments & excuses about the machine being in the shop; when I said if they weren't going to come out when promised they should call, I was told that I was wrong and this was acceptable business practice. Was again told they'd be out within the week and again, they never showed up or called. We again called & were told we'd need to contact another company to complete our job.
