We live in Louisville Ky and used AMSM. LISTED of ALL the things they did and didn't do is as follows:
Broke the stain glass window and leg on my solid oak curio cabinet.
Missing front piece in entertainment center.
Several scratches on our $2100 new stainless steel fridge.
Scuffed up hardwood floors by taking furniture off of dolly and scooting them into the rooms and across the floors ...
