Movers scheduled at 11. Told us they would be 'a little' late and that was fine with us. They then stopped answering the phone around 2pm after they said they were 'headed to our place next'. Luckily I used MovingHelp.com and they were able to refund my money no questions asked. Received a text that just said sorry by 5pm. Unbelievably poor professionalism and communication. At least be honest with your customer and tell them when you will arrive.
I would give this company negative stars but since I can't do that and post this review I will have to resort in giving it one.
On top of having to deal with people that can't communicate with you via plain English I come to find out these movers phone in service off Craigslist which yes gives you better deals and offers most companies wont give you but to be lied to and never show up 2...
When I look for a moving company I was so anxious I didn't know whice moving company to choose .Then I called All In One Movers Ohio I knew that I'll move with them .Kim was great she was polite and very kind. The mover were also great they did wonderful job with my iteams THANK YOU GUYS !
