I lived here for two years and loved it. Although it is a huge community, it is really private. I maybe heard my neighbors twice the entire time I lived there and it was a vacuum. The residents and staff are both very friendly. The only problem is the parking is lacking, but everything otherwise is really great. The apartments are perfect size for a small family. I have lived here for 3 years now and I am extremley greatful that I found this place. This is hands downt he greatest place you could rent from! The staff is extremely nice/helpful and will do anything to accomidate you! I have never had a problem.....knock on wood!

My husband and I lived in Heron Springs when they first opened in 2001. We moved away for five years and came back to live here in 2007. The property is beautiful, the staff is awesome and we feel well taken care of. The management has always been very responsive to any of our needs and it is a nice quiet place to live.
