Sorry to hear Jess had a bad experience with All Destinations Travel. We've used this company twice and are have just booked our 3rd vacation with them. These people are the best! Sure they tend to get busy, but if you work in an office environment, you know how hard it is to call people back especially when you are swamped. We ususally deal with Debra and she's the best, even if she does take...
