Very nice technician. But upon determining the vent pipe between the dryer and the wall may be clogged she removed, cleaned then cut the pipe. But could not reattach. She then left and said if I can't install a new one to call her. So I ran out and bought a new one and installed it. Not what I had planned for my day but had to get the dryer working again.
