Took my car in because check engine light was on. All Audi-VW Parts and Service serviced the car and when the engine light came back on they provided me with a rental car and have since fixed my car. (Edited September 25, 2007)
I had to have my Audi towed there for service. They had great reviews and I thought they would give me great service. Since it was towed two days ago I have called several times to see if they found out what was wrong with my car. Each time was one excuse after another. They did not bother calling me and letting me know anything. Now they are wanting money just to look at it when they first...
The ownership and staff are honest, hard working, and helpful. I have been taking my car and my wife's car here for years and they have helped me keep my investment running smoothly. I'm in sales and average 25 - 30 k miles a year. I may be in more often than i like but i know they are giving me the best price for the services. I recommend them highly indeed.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and service at this shop. These people really do care! Although I had taken the car in for one issue, my coolant sensor, Justin noticed there was another reason for the check engine light in my car. He stayed and researched it and explained to me that I would need a software upgrade from the dealer or I may need my timing chain tensioner...
I have been taking my A6 to All-Audi for the past 3 years (since I bought the car). The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Highest customer satisfaction, Lowest price. Just call them and find out for your self. These guys may not have the best looking building, but all they do is Audi and VW. We have an Allroad, and a Passat Wagon 4-Motion. We have had them service there for 2 years now, and the cars after 140,000 miles still run like new.
