This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with! They clearly print that they% guarantee their work which is completely false. I had them out starting in December trying to repair my fridge, they came out, barely took it?
Unprofessional and Does not Follow Through
I have been working with this company since December and have been so incredibly frustrated! They did not fix my appliance, though they did replace parts. They told me they were going to refrund my money, well a portion of it which makes no sense as they guarentee 100% service, and I am still waiting to see the refund. I have been hung up on, spoken to rudely, never been given to a manager or supervisor when I have specifically asked. I tried to go to the address listed on their website, and there is not a place of business there. If you have other options, please seek them out as this...
