I have an oriental rug from Turkey, given to me by my husband's family 15 years ago, and I've been vacuuming it weekly all these years. It's in pretty good condition and we've been lucky as far as avoiding major spills. I still wanted to get a good, thorough clean for once and I was told to do my homework before hiring a company so I wouldn't destroy it. To be honest, they're all pretty much the same as far as pricing. My Basement got completly flooded from the terrible storm . I had three expensive rugs on the floor. The crew from AllAmerican came the same day and picked up the rugs. They were returned today and placed under the furniture. Thanks AllAmerican for the extra great care you took of my precious rugs.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Sam who came out to my office and cleaned our rug which had a little coffee incident. The rug came back in a quick fashion and looks fabulous. Now its ready for another morning tea party. Will be calling on you again.
