Came in right at 9am as I reserved online. She was helping another customer so I waited. And waited. And waited. 30 minutes later, she finds out she messed up (local instead of one way) and now has to do the order all over. I'm still here waiting for her to finish so I can get my truck and start moving. Ridiculous to wait this long!

I wish I could give no stars to write this review, but that's not possible .... Terribly malfunctioned, irresponsible and messy place with no proper management at all! The staff would much rather be anywhere else but there. Very disappointed to see that places like this still exist, especially with current competition.
