This company is extremely pleasant to deal with. They are very flexible with regards to appointment times which is important to me since I work full time. For emergencies they are willing to work almost anytime! The workmanship is excellent as well as affordable (a rare combination!).
The repairman came late at nite in sub- freezing weather. The unit is 16 years old (it came with the house) but he had the fan motor on the truck and installed it quickly and effectively despite an extremely awkward original installation setup. I'd recommend him to anyone. I suggest that Trane reconize the excellent work of All American and of this individual repairman. Does Trane do that?...
