They listen patiently when I try, from the depths of my ignorance, to explain the problem and even wait while I advance my (probably inaccurate) diagnosis. Then they help, fix what they can, and restore my vehicle to me as quickly as possible. All Around Great.

I dont trust you guys anymore. I took my car in to get it fixed and when I got it returned it had a knocking noice i had never heard before but your mechanic insisted that it was normal. I drove my car with that noice for 2-5 months. In those 2-5 months i received phone calls and email from you guys stating if I was going to fix my spark plugs because while you guys were testing my car to fix...
