Terrible customer service. Depressing company to deal with. They took six weeks to deliver the cups needed to drink the water. We have been out of water for over two weeks and are still waiting...

I scheduled a delivery of a water cooler and bottles for a Friday for my residence. They require you to be home for the initial delivery (at least if you are renting a cooler). I was home waiting....
