I had my locks changed by Alfa and they did a really good job making the locks work smoothly ; the job was also done very quickly. I called for an appointment and the time I asked for was the time they arrived at. I think Alfa does a good job taking care of their customers and I was happy with my experience with Alfa

Alfa got me back into my house at 2:45 am when I locked myself out taking my dog on a walk. I called 411 and got three numbers all advertised 24 hour service but only Alfa answered.
