Awful experience! I scheduled 2 weeks in advance for 10 am, by 11:30 no one had shown up so I called the office and the woman was rude. She basically told me i needed to make other arrangements, I was left with all my furniture moved in 3 rooms of my house and no one to clean my carpets! Horrible customer service, can't say about the cleaning because they never showed.
