we use Alessi the first time we move in to Sparta N.J. and everything went well.So on the second time we call them to help us,well lets just say that did not turn out very well some time during the moving a briefcase went missing and to this day it has not been found.We did not get any help from the owner on trying to find it.It was not till we went to court and he was found to be responsible we got restitution on it but that does not replace all of the things in the briefcase.Working with them on this problem was a nightmare.
