After 2/3rd down, I'm told s survey is needed. There contract states "no hidden costs". An additional $275.00 to obtain property survey since I never got one at closing. Now, after almost 2 months since my 2nd payment, I'm told the company is waiting for a permit (which in my opinion should have requested when I made 2nd installment)
