Never again this company. I booked online with an American shipping address and European billing address. Days after the order I get an email that they need a document that proofs that I have given the right billing address. (rule on international orders). We're talking here a sales dress of 80 dollars and we're talking here a billing address, not a shipping address!!

Do not order anything from Alene Too online. They will send you damaged, used goods. The jeans I ordered came without any tags and had a large hole along the thigh seam. I emailed them the day the package arrived so they clearly shipped me damaged goods. It is hard to believe they missed a hole that big so apparently they will ship you anything.
