Looks like all of the reviews were written by Sheila the manager. I agree the gym is clean. Unfortunately, Sheila is never available and misses scheduled appointments. When you do catch her, she is far from helpful and defers any questions you may have to the website. Facility is nice but management is sorely lacking!!
I met with the manager yesterday and felt really accomplished after I left. I have been a member for some time and never took advantage of all Snap has. I did a 30 min workout with Sheila last night because my own workouts are getting old. WOW, she worked me hard but it felt so good! Thanks! I can't wait until next week for a new routine that I can add into my week! Sandy
Always clean. Love the place for the variety of ages of clients and accessibility of staff. Staff will always help with fitness needs. I have gone from being quite out of shape to completing some fitness events, thanks to the manager who encourages all clients to be the best they can be!
Equipment in top shape and a very clean place. One thing that would make it better is if they could get a more efficient and current stair stepper. The one at the club is out of date. Love Jacob Ladder! The manager is easy going and knows her stuff.
