I must agree with the other reviewers who caution about never buying products from Albert Lee. When we remodeled out kitchen we bought all of our applicances through them and it was a nightmare. Beware! This company rates a zero on customer service. They make promises that they cant and wont deliver on. They are disorganized and rude. If anything at all goes wrong with any aspect of the process they will blame you and make it your problem. They dont return calls. They dont make deadlines for delivery and they dont apologize. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! The company should not be in business. They do huge volume to offer low prices but then give customers bad information on deliveries.
