I have always had a positive experience with the staff, especially the way they deal with my three year old son! The only suggestion I have is less emails. Right before my son's six month check-up I was asked if I wanted to sign up for emails, which I clearly decided to do, however I've since then received a ton of emails from the office. So my only suggestion is to lessen the emails.

Our appt. was at 9:30 am. We arrived at 9:20 and checked in. I signed for my son as I am supposed to. We waited as everyone got called down. More people came in and they got called down. Finally I heard the receptionist on the phone calling me to remind me we had an appt. I got up and told her we were right here waiting. She said, "Did you sign in?" I replied. "Yes, and signed for him." She...
