When we got there they gave us a smoking room which we had not asked for. They remedied the situation immediately with another room. it was a nice room for a fair price

My favorite budget stay in Columbia

I am in Columbia several times a week. This is my favorite hotel for my short stays. The staff is so friendly and always allows late checkout when I have flights in the early afternoon. They are always accommodating, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the pillows are normal sized (rare find lately). I have been thoroughly impressed and will continue to stay here.

The location, room itself etc were more than adequate. We stayed in Room 148 which was very clean & nice. Everything worked. Staff was very nice & friendly! Would return.

What a shame.. It used to be you could get a wonderful selection of unusual grocery choices, bags of organic garbanzo beans, nori either roasted or not, ginger Turkish delight which was truly delightful among others. Having the IGA downtown is like having a big expensive Breeze In with none of the yummy baked sweets. It has no local personality...

The prepared food has changed a bit since A&P changed to IGA but I like most of it. The salad bar is good, the cheesecake is my favorite since I can get a single serving. The curried chicken is excellent and I like their rice. I haven't tried a lot of their offerings like the pancit or broiled chickens. You...
