They greet you, and not jump down your throat, they just ask if you need anything let us know. The computers are fully loaded, not trial versions, and you are not charged extra. You also get a one hour lesson with the purchase of your computer. The techs really know their stuff. They can retrieve your data, when you hard drive dies, and get rid of a virus. You will never go anywhere else.

alan himself is terrible. this place is creepy and he broke one of my computers and overcharged for the other. he also buys computers on ebay and tries to resell them as new. liar
