I worry about his clinical decision-making. He prescribed 20mg prednisone tablets for my daughter, with instructions to "take 2 tablets by mouth once daily". There's no tapering. And, I've taken prednisone before, and have never been prescribed more than 20mg...
He works out of two different offices, which can be nice. However, it doesn't say online where he works on what days so be careful when scheduling appointments. I called SLC, they apparently booked me in Bountiful. I didn't find out until the day before my appointment (I had to wait 3 weeks to get that apt). I had to wait another 3 weeks to get an appointment at the place I called to begin with...
I took my 7 month old daughter into Dr Bitner and I just didn't feel like I was being listened to. It seems like people either love him or they feel like he isn't listening to them.
