Who manages this place? The poor girl behind the counter- the only one is great but cannot handle the load. Preferred is suppose to have cars ready to go. I also prepaid to ensure a car. Now I've waited for 67 min in the cold. What happen to Avis. Maybe Trump should take them over. Now. More and more people have arrived. No cars Cold weather Is there a better option.

An absolute disaster. Counter is clearing one person every 15 minutes. Lots of lost reservations. 10 person line is taking an hour. Software is outdated and employees are either not trained or not working hard.

Absurdly bad service. A room full of people in line. The line doesn't move. No cars available. Everyone, once they ultimately get to the front, have to negotiate to get a car of a type other than what they reserved (Seinfeld episode in spades). The staff seems compartmentalized. Look at the condition of this facility. It is disgusting. It is currently 1:55am. The place looks in shambles, there are kids sitting on the floor. There is ONE, yes ONE!!! chair in the whole place.
