I can't speak to the rest of the business, but avoid the service/repair department like the plague. I took in a PA system that was working but cutting out at high volumes. When they were finished troubleshooting and charging $45, they said it would be $500 to repair, more than the cost of a new unit. I declined and said I'd pick it up. They took 3 months to put it back together, and when I got it back, screws missing everywhere, and the unit no longer worked!
