Terrific outfit to work with
An oil-to-gas conversion is a big ticket item -- which made me very nervous. Erik and all the other team members went out of their way to give me all the information I needed. When unexpected problems cropped up -- yikes, the house's chimney diameter was too small! -- Erik responded to weekend emails to make sure the chimney people, a separate company, used the correct specs. A lot of people worked on this project, and without exception everyone showed up on time, did their job right, and cleaned up beautifully. Good experience with persisting with a boiler
We have used Aladdin for many small plumbing issues for years and we just decide to install a new boiler with them. They were very professional and timely about the installation, but due to no fault of theirs, the boiler had many follow-up problems. The owner of Aladdin was incredibly responsive -- including answering emails well after business hours to help us out.
