This is a fantastic example of historic preservation and a great specimen of vintage theatres with character. The clouds still move across the sky up on the ceiling, the Wurlitzer theatre organ is top-notch, and the acoustics are fantastic for music, song, or speech. If you havent found a reason to attend an event at the Civic, make sure you do!
It is one of Akrons best assets.
