Very nice staff. Shuttle from airport wasn't available when we arrived, however front desk was very apologetic and reimbursed is fully for the taxi ride. For a one night stay, the room was just fine. Updated bathroom was nice. Neighborhood wasn't super great, but ok. Traveling w our kids so took a short cab ride to Astoria for dinner.

Walking into the hotel the first thing I notice is the man working front desk being completely rude to someone staying there. I just grabbed my key and went straight up to my room. Swiping my card to enter the room became a headache and it took front desk resetting it two times to get it working. throughout the night it was impossible to sleep. Worst hotel ever!

Stranded at Laguardia airport and this was the only overpriced hotel left.
No Internet no cable mold in the bathroom. Slept in my clothes on topmost the bed.

Hotel was good for short stay as our flight was cancelled. Hotels were booking quick and this was most affordable for short stay.

Great hotel. Walls are thin and heard the couple next to us the whole night.. Elevator was out of order and had to use staircase. But it was a good location and staff was very helpful and friendly
