This company has the customer scam down. They come out, spend 20 minutes looking at your air conditioner, and then start the ripoff process. First they tell you the unit is broken, they then show you a list of services that include their outrageous prices. This list is used apparently to validate that they are not making up the outrageous costs - "look, they're right here in black and white." ...
