I had them out on a saturday, and instead of charging me the over-time fee they gave me a maintenance plan for just a little bit more so I got 10 percent off of my repairs :) I'm happy and my AC is working

And they are suing ME?!?!??!!

They installed a scratch and dent, not the new unit I ordered, which leaked within days causing extensive damages to my house that they will not fix. They did not pull a permit nor install to code. I am out tens of thousands of dollars. Horrible experience.
