Greatest Possible Business Integrity
From now on, we will use Air Pro Inc. to service our central air and heat. When we build our new home, we will ask Air Pro Inc. to install the system. Air Pro Inc. is licensed in Texas. Their service area includes Austin, Dripping Springs, and other central Texas towns. They work on conventional and manufactured homes, and on commercial properties.
Yesterday, Air Pro Inc. fixed an air conditioning problem we had for 10 months. In October 2007, a "repairman" installed our outdoor unit (supposedly 3 1/2 ton), which never cooled correctly. Over ten months, we asked him to fix it five times. When he could not, we called Air Pro Inc. because they service the Hamilton Pool Road - Dripping Springs area.
Air Pro Inc. discovered that the "repairman" had overlooked the fact that he actually installed a 2-ton unit (he overlooked it at installation and five times after that)! At a very reasonable cost, and in a jiffy, Air Pro Inc. replaced the unit with the correct size. The house was 70 degrees cool this morning!
I found Air Pro Inc. to have remarkable integrity. They went above and beyond to resolve the mistake we made by hiring the "repairman." Oh, yes, and the Air Pro Inc. installation price was lower, too! Plus, Air Pro Inc. is licensed; can I say that enough?
Caveats: We heard it repeatedly. We knew better. We are intelligent people. Maybe I will be the one person to whom you will listen. Doing business with neighbors, friends, and family is a bad idea. If they offer to save you money, here is what to say, "Thank you for your kind offer, but no." If they insist, say, "Thank you, again, but this is my policy." Then run away, if you have to. Sure, it feels awkward, but not as awkward as confronting them when they screw up. Even more important is to check for current repair licenses. Air Pro Inc. is licensed and it shows!

The peolpe here are very helpful and willing to do what they can to help you get your AC fixed quickly. Anyone who has had they AC quit when it is 90+ degrees outside can appriciate the promptness they show. The staff is highly professional.
